Subject: Forgot Password !
After installing the MyUSBOnly Free 1.9 version, I created a whitelist authorizing my USB drives. But I forgot my password. Now I'm not able to use others' USB drives nor uninstall the software. Please help!

On question, though. How do you discriminate between a legitimate request for password reset from a malicious one without having to register the users of the free version?

We have an uninstall tool, but currently we only give the tool to our registered user.
Or you may send us the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MyUSBOnly\udrowssap.bin file.

 Yeah, i forgot too,and now i cant uninstall this software....i installed trial version,and all my usb ports are closed now.And just coz of this event,i dont wanna reinstall Operation System.So can you help me?Once i cleaned all staffs with myusb only software....but it culdnt help me...

Please send the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MyUSBOnly\udrowssap.bin file to support@myusbonly.com, and we will decode the password which you set. We will send you back the uninstall password to you.

 Thank you for reply.
But i deleted everything which connected with MyUSBOnly,and i looked,i dont have this directiry >C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MyUSBOnly\udrowssap.bin file. and definitely file undrowssap.bin .
 I searched i found just one folder in the C:\Program Files\A.C. Element MyUSBOnly
these files are there> (brot.dll,EULA.txt,klog.dll,lngchs.ini,lngcht.ini,lngeng.dll,mntfd.dll,MYUSSER.EXE,SMSS.EXE,uninsf.exe),so can these files can help delete myusbOnly software?

I have unregistered version & forgot the password please tell me how to uninstall the software nor i can found that file udrowssap.bin is their any way to reset password or uninstall the application w8ing 4 response please send response in my ID thundimail@hotmail.com

You can send the file under
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MyUSBOnly\udrowssap.bin
and we can help you to decode the password.

Please use file explorer to open file C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MyUSBOnly\udrowssap.bin then you can send the file or paste the file content here.
