I am a sales of an insurance company~
As you know, the PCs or notebook of us have been stored lots of clients' data or information~~
Yesterday, one of my teammate had lost his client's data list but the client's information was
spread in kind of forum.......
Our company had been supervised hard in the internet part, so we think the chances of
"network thief" and hackers will not so high.
But we think that it is possible if someone come in our office and get the data they need by the
usb flah drive, it would be too easy and only take a few minutes, even faster than send by e-mail!
So, how can we fix this problem?
It is unreasonable for us to stop or ban all the uses of the usb devices, so the Bios USB block function is useless for me.
Are there any software can help me to do so?
I just want if there have any usb devices enter the PCs, it need to approve by the PCs' owners or original user.
