Place Purchase Orders

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. We can not accept your purchase order unless you agree to these items.

• The minimum amount for which we can accept purchase orders is US $100.00.
• While we do not charge a fee for processing simple purchase orders, additional charges and fees may apply for complicated purchase orders or special shipping requirements.
• Payment terms are Net 30.
• We can not accept purchase order numbers over the phone, or purchase requisition forms.
• Purchase orders must be signed and must include an email address.
• We do not accept partial payment of purchase orders.
• The terms and conditions under which we accept purchase orders are subject to change without notice.

• Business, school or government office name
• Telephone number and fax number
• Accounting clerk's (accounts payable) name and phone number
• A billing address
• A purchase order number
• An email address to send the License Key to and/or shipping address
• The quantity, product and price for each product purchased

We must receive a signed copy of the physical purchase order here before we can process your order. You can either fax, mail, or email (as a pdf) your purchase order to us at:

All bank checks or money orders should be made out to Whatlink Software Limited and must include the invoice number.

If you want electronic delivery of our software, your purchase order must indicate the email address the software is to be sent to and the fact that your are requesting electronic delivery (so your accounting department doesn't hold up payment waiting for delivery of a product you already have).
