STANDARD END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

BY USING, COPYING, TRANSMITTING, DISTRIBUTING OR INSTALLING MYUSBONLY, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, THEN DO NOT USE, COPY, TRANSMIT, DISTRIBUTE, OR INSTALL MYUSBONLY.

This is a legal Evaluation Agreement between you, as licensee, and Atombaby Limited, (the "AUTHOR"). Upon receipt of your application indicating that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Evaluation Agreement and upon acceptance of such application by AUTHOR, AUTHOR shall license to you the MyUSBOnly (the "SOFTWARE").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
AUTHOR grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the term of this License Agreement.

This Software is not a free software. You may use this Software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of (27) days. If you use this software after the (27) days evaluation period, a registration fee is required. See 'Registration' menu item in the application menu or MyUSBOnly WebSite (http://www.myusbonly.com) for detailed information about registration method and price list.

2. REGISTERED VERSION
One registered copy of the Software may either be used by a single person who uses the Software personally on "SINGLE" computer, or installed on a "SINGLE" workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not (i) sell, lease, license, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer in whole or in part the Software or the Software License Key to another party; (ii) may not modify, creation of derivative works, translation, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or cracking of the Software any part thereof except to the extent permitted by law.

4. DISTRIBUTION OF EVALUATION VERSION
You may copy the evaluation version of this Software and documentation as you wish, and give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone, and distribute the evaluation version of the Software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. You are not allowed to charge or request donations for any such copies made and from distributing the Software and/or documentation with other products without the author's written permission.

5. COPYRIGHT
All content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright law. This License gives you no rights to such content.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain in Atombaby Limited and/or its suppliers. You acknowledge that the Software in source code form remains a confidential trade secret of Atombaby Limited and/or its suppliers and therefore you agree not to modify the Software or attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHOR FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH RECIPIENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Atombaby Limited OR ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR (i) INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY SORT, WHETHER ARISING IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF Atombaby Limited HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR (ii) FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
