Does my software license expire?
The Serial Number purchased must be activated within 12 months. The codes generated from this activation will only work on the software version released at the time of activation. This code will never expire for the purchased version.
We recommend that you make a backup of the installation file on a CD or USB drive that can be used to reinstall the software at a later date if needed. We also recommend that you keep a copy of your registration code.
How do I purchase your software?
The easiest way is to purchase online. Our online purchasing is secure and we accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards, or you can choose to "Pay by PayPal"
What restrictions apply to the license?
If the license is named as an "Installation License" the main restriction is you need to purchase one license serial number for each computer that the program runs on.
Note: we do run an anti-piracy system which can detect multiple installs beyond your purchased license volume. But as long as the software runs on one PC at any one time, you will not have problems.
Can I move the software or reinstall the software in future?
Within reason - yes. As long as the software does not continue to run on the old computer you can install the software on a new computer. As a piracy control measure we do limit the number of installations to 2 times in any 4 month period.
Provided that you have a current support plan then yes, we can arrange for your license to be moved in this case too. If the support plan has expired, you have to extend the maintenance period or an administration fee may apply. On Windows machines it may be necessary for the Windows computer name on the replacement machine to be the same as on the machine that it replaces.
Can I get a new license if my computer has failed
If you have a current support plan then yes, we can arrange for your license to be moved/revoke for this request. If the support plan has expired, you have to extend the maintenance period or apply an administration fee for such moved/revoke request.
On Windows machines it may be necessary for the Windows computer name on the replacement machine to be the same as on the machine that it replaces.
The code you purchased will only work on the software version released at the time of purchased.
What is your upgrade policy?
Your registration and activation code will work on any fix or new version of the software released within 3 months from the date of purchase. After that you are always entitled to discounted upgrade pricing.
